We recognize that ad tech is powerful stuff, and while we love working with the toys and tools we work with, we must also admit that there should be some kind of ethical guidelines that govern what the analytics industry should, and shouldn’t do.

The industry as a whole is self-regulating and laws are being enacted, but there is also an opportunity to collaborate and have constructive conversations around the use of data to better serve our users and optimize marketing.
